Samantha Black, a native of the Pacific Northwest, has always been fascinated by the origins of inspiration in building, architecture, and design. With a Master of Philosophy degree in the History of Art and Architecture. Samantha has worked with a variety of private and public clients, including West Elm, Pottery Barn, the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, the Seattle Art Museum, and the University of Virginia Art Museum.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Samantha is a devoted mother and environmental advocate. She has redefined the concept of working from home, creating a studio in her Northern California home where she can pursue her passion for design while balancing her family responsibilities.
